Social Work Services
Our mission is to provide compassionate and practical help to those with needs, while ministering to them with care, dignity and respect; we help each individual…to give them Hope. Our social work team provides support on site and connects clients to other relevant services in the community.
A few of the services offered through the Social Work Department at Hope Center include:
Compassionate support and patient advocacy.
Assistance obtaining legal IDs, clothes vouchers, prescription co-pays and bus tokens.
Counseling, support groups and referrals for behavioral health services.
Application assistance for health insurance and other entitlement programs.
Referrals to specialized resources provided by community partners.
The Social Work Department also hosts special events like our Men’s and Women’s Nights and Christmas “Store”, and runs our Healthy You Program.
