Dear Friend of Hope:

I’m thankful that, although it’s going to be tight, an additional 2-3 dollars per gallon at the pump won’t mean I won’t have transportation.

I’m thankful that, although going to the grocery store costs more, I’m not going to go hungry.

I’m thankful that my family and I have access to mental and physical health professionals.

But those who come to Hope Clinic—if we weren’t here—couldn’t say the same.

As I left today to jump in my car for a meeting, I met a Hope Clinic client who depends on us, crying outside of the Farm Stand. "I just can’t take it. The only thing I’m glad about is I’m not in Ukraine,” she said.

She struggles with the everyday. She is one paycheck away from being homeless.

We thought, just a few weeks ago, that things were looking better. But now we’re preparing for a marked increase in need and a potential decrease in funds given all that’s happening.

I believe firmly that God will provide volunteers and funds so that Hope Clinic can meet the expected increase in need to serve the whole person with free medical, dental, food, and behavioral health, in Jesus’ name.

We are so grateful to you and how you have made a difference.  You can continue to be part of this, as thousands have, for 40 years. This year is Hope Clinic’s 40th Anniversary. Let’s continue the legacy of our founder, Dr. Dan Heffernan, who believed that one man with a God-shaped vision can change the world. Or at least our corner of it.

We are so glad you are part of the solution to the problems in our community. I pray you continue to know the joy of serving and giving.

God bless you,

M. Douglas Campbell, CEO
