Food Programs - Ypsilanti

We are committed to serving the whole person. Our four free Food Programs go beyond the simple food pantry model to meet our clients dietary health needs and serve them with dignity.

  • Food Pantry: Make an appointment to shop (for free of course!) in our pantry and choose items that meet your needs. The Pantry offers nonperishable items as well as meat, dairy, bread and some produce.

  • Farm Stand: Clients can also shop free at our Farm Stand to take home a large box of fresh produce each week. Be sure to reserve a spot so we can ensure everyone gets a good haul!

  • Meals: A fully prepared meal is served each Saturday and Sunday at 4:00pm in the Hope Dining Room. Anyone in the community is welcome to drop in.

  • Emergency Food: We always keep prepared bags of nonperishable food items ready for anyone who walks in our door and asks for food, no questions asked.

We served up nearly 14,000 food requests and warm meals last year. We would love to serve you with any meal needs you might have.
