Hope Clinic Westland offers in-person and limited telemedicine visits. We do not accept walk-in patients.

Hope’s Medical Clinics offer free primary care for the uninsured and under-insured.
We will work with you to get access to public insurance if you are eligible.
If you need a specialist, we will do our best to refer you to one through our network of specialty care providers. We can always refer you to an area hospital for lab and basic radiology services at no cost.
You can also receive certain medications, both prescription and nonprescription, provided onsite and at no cost through our Hope Pharmacy. Hope Clinic does not store or prescribe controlled substances.

Our Behavioral Health team provides support on site, by appointment, and will connect you to other relevant services in the community.

Integrated Behavioral Health Interventions for Hope Clinic Patients
Screening for Depression, Anxiety, Substance Disorders, and Food Insecurity
Licensed counseling for the uninsured
Support groups and referrals for behavioral health services
Patient advocacy and care, helping you navigate the health care system
Assistance with legal IDs
Clothing vouchers and bus tokens
Applications for health insurance, SNAP (for food), etc.
Referrals to specialized resources provided by community partners
Telephone, telehealth, and in-person appointments with precautions are available.
